HOMEMADE  COOKIES:

Hey! Do you like homemade cookies? This is the recipe! Enjoy it!

INGEDIENTS:

- 2 sticks unsalted butter (200g)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (170 g)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ teaspoons almond extract (optional)
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour (about 300-320 g)
- 1 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION:

1. Mix the butter and sugar with a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted
with a paddle attachment. Add the egg and mix well.

2. Add the extract or extracts and mix. Mix flour and salt in a bowl
and gradually add to the wet mixture, beating at low speed to combine.

3. Cover and let the dough rest in the refrigerator 2 hours. Preheat
oven to 180 º C. Knead briefly on a floured surface and roll the dough
with a rolling pin, leaving a thickness of 6-7 mm.

4. Cut biscuits with a biscuit cutter and bake on a tray lined with
parchment paper or baking for 14-16 minutes until edges are golden

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 sachet baking powder (16 gr.)
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 pinch of salt

( The cup is 150 ml.)

PREPARATION:

In a large bowl, whisk the egg, milk and vanilla together with the oil. In another bowl mix the dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to the milk mixture and remove some.
Make a hot skillet or griddle on both sides until well browned. Turn only once. They can be eaten with honey, cream, syrup, jam, etc.




DONUTS!

This is the dessert recipe of donuts!

INGREDIENTS:

- ½ Kg of wheat flour (not self-rising)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 egg
- 1 heaping tablespoon sugar
-
 1 pinch of salt
-  1 teaspoon instant yeast.

- Vegetable oil for frying


PREPARATION:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, vigorously kneading with hands or a kitchen helper, while adding a bit of water, about ¼ cup. If we see that is very soft, put a tablespoon of flour, if too hard, add 1 tablespoon of water.
